Face to Face Consultation - By Appointment Only

A Face-to-Face Consultation is a great way to personally discuss your profile and visa eligibility with an expert, get advice about improving your success chances and finding answers to any of your visa related questions.
The majority of our clients prefer the convenience of our online services - one advantage of which is the delivery of written advice and information. We do understand, however, that some of our clients prefer a face-to-face consultation and are happy to help you in person.
To save you time and money please bring:
- Your Resume/CV,
- Passport and
- Copy of any visas granted by email and not evidenced into your Passport.
Initial Consultation Fees
We do not provide free initial consultations. The initial consultation time is normally one (1) hour.
Professional fees are payable as follows:
At our office:
- AUD $330.00* Includes GST
- AUD $220.00* Includes GST for current Student Visa Holders
* If we assess there is a reasonable prospect of success and you choose to proceed with our quoted professional fees then we will discount the consultation fee paid from our quote.
We will also offer further discounts to clients who refer other clients.
Please note that our normal charge out rate once retained is $330 Includes GST per hour.
Fees must be paid at the consultation.
We accept cash or money order.
Unfortunately we do not have EFTPOS facilities. There is an ANZ ATM located directly opposite our office.
